  • Low electrolyte levels (where applicable)
  • Exposure to excessive heat or environmental conditions
  • Use of substances other than distilled water
  • Failure to maintain proper charge levels
  • Faulty vehicle charging systems (e.g. alternator issues)
  • Physical damage such as cracks, punctures, or deformation
  • Damaged or loose battery terminals/posts
  • Missing or damaged battery vents (non-sealed batteries)
  • Incorrect installation or reversed polarity
  • Lack of proper battery housing or protection from elements
  • Use of the battery for unintended applications

3. Product Use

All products must be:

  • Installed correctly
  • Used according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintained properly

Failure to follow proper usage guidelines may void the warranty.

4. Limitation of Liability
