Delivery Policy

At Atlas Battery, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery across South Africa.

Delivery Information:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location
  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in selected areas
  • All deliveries must be received and signed for

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct
  • Delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, or high demand)

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are processed via EFT within 7 business days
  • A 10% handling fee may apply if the battery is not faulty

Warranty Policy

All batteries are covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship

What’s NOT Covered:

  • Misuse or negligence
  • Overcharging or incorrect installation
  • External damage (accidents, power surges, etc.)

Warranty Process:

  • Battery must be tested (2–3 working days)
  • If faulty, a replacement battery will be issued (no cash refunds)

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged batteries
  • Batteries that test as “working”
  • Incorrectly fitted or misused products
  • Installation, delivery, and testing fees (non-refundable)

Consumer Protection (CPA)

In line with South African law:

  • All products include a 6-month implied warranty
  • If a product is defective, you may request:
    • Repair
    • Replacement
    • Refund (subject to testing)

How to Return a Product

  1. Visit your nearest Atlas Battery branch
  2. Bring the product with your receipt
  3. Our technicians will test the battery
  4. If approved, we will process your claim accordingly
